摘要
研究了以3,5,6-三氯吡啶醇钠和O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯为原料,采用水溶剂法合成毒死蜱的工艺,提出了一种三元复合催化剂催化合成毒死蜱的新方法,探讨了适宜的工艺条件,毒死蜱的收率,含量分别达到95%和97%以上。同时采用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR对该化合物的结构进行了表征。
The Preparation of chlorpyrifos was studied utilizing 3,5,6-trichloro -2-pyridinol sodium and O,O diethyl phosphorochloridothioate via aqueous phase as the starting materials, A new method of the synthesis of chlorpyrifos was reported by using three compound catalyzers, The optimum reaction conditions were investigated , The yield and purity of chlorpyrifos were over 95% and 97% respectively, structure of synthesized compound was confirmed by IR. 1^H NMR. 13^C NMR.
