亚文化视域中的潜规则探究

Research on the Underlying Rules as a Kind of Sub-culture

潜规则是一种特殊的文化现象,是被主流社会道德批判但却又被潜规则群体内的人奉行不违的亚文化现象。潜规则的存在显示了显规则在亚文化群内的弱势,同时又表现了它无法以显性的姿态出现的隐性的存在状态。文章基于一种现象学分析的研究方式,从亚文化群内部的分析和群内外间关系分析两个角度,即群内协调和群外越轨的矛盾来看潜规则存在施行的状况和原因。

Undedying Rule is a special phenomenon, which is criticized by mainstream-moral but executed by the people in underlying - rule group. The existence of underlying rules shows the weakness of obvious rules and its underlying existing way. The paper will analyze the running state and exiting reason of underlying rules from two angles which are from the analysis of inner subculture and the analysis of the relationship between subculture group and the whole society, that is, in the view of the antinomy between inner - group harmony and social aberrance.
