The Nature of Manchuguo Puppet Regime From Japan Manchuguo Protocol and Related Appendix

伪"满洲国"是九·一八事变后在日本的扶持下建立的傀儡政权,其政权的建立、政策的制定、官吏的安排完全听从于日本政府及关东军,其政权的傀儡性表现在各个方面。本文主要是从确定日满关系的文件《日满议定书》及其附件的内容,分析这一政权的傀儡性。

Manchuguo, a puppet regime, was established after the Sept, 18th Incident with the help of Japanese. All the affairs, such as the establishment of the power, the making of policy and appointment of govemment official were controlled by Japanese Guandong armed force. The article analyzes the puppet nature of the govemment from the Japan-Manchuguo Protocol and its related appen-dix, which definited the relation between the two countries.
