摘要
研究分析了高压异常地层(盐岩层、泥页岩层、膏盐岩层等)套管柱的受力状况,建立了套管柱三维空间力学模型,研制了相应的计算机软件。该空间力学模型考虑了地层因素、井身结构因素、腐蚀因素等,其计算结果与套管抗挤毁的模拟试验结果非常吻合。所研制的计算机软件功能完善,并且有完善的前后处理功能。
This paper studies the force calculation of casing string in abnormal surpressure formation (saline rock,shale bed and gypsum-salt rock) with 3-D physical model and finite element technique. Its result is coincident with that of simulating test of casing collapse very well. This 3-D physical model considers factors of formation,casing program and corrosion etc. The software performance is complete and can provide for pre-processing and reprocessing.
