铁路工程建设管理工作是铁路建设诸多环节中的重要一环,工程建设管理的好坏直接影响投资效益和工程质量,因此,工程的建设管理成了不可忽视的问题。此文从工作实际出发,对铁路工程建设管理中的招标管理、合同管理、造价管理及施工管理等几个主要方面,以及目前存在的若干问题进行分析论述,并提出相应的管理设想和观点,目的是加强投资控制和质量控制,促进工程建设管理,提高经济效益。

The work of railway engineering construction management is one important link of many in railway construction. The good or bad work of engineering construction management directly influences investment benefits and engineering quality. Engineering construction management has thus become a question not to be overlooked. This article, starting from the working practice, analyses and expounds the problems there presently exist in respect of tendering management, contract management, cost management and construction management in the railway engineering construction management before submitting its corre-sponding assumption and view on management for the purpose of improving investment and quality control, enhancing engineering construction management and increasing economic benefits.
