摘要
随着信息时代的来临,知识管理作为知识经济时代的新型管理模式,已经成为研究的热点,受到人们的广泛重视。但是,在国外大学纷纷建立各种知识管理系统的今天,我国高校如何评估知识管理的具体效能,如何利用量化的方式表明知识管理的作用,如何反映知识管理的优点和不足之处,都是值得人们思索的问题。本文通过建立一种合理的量化评估体系来解决上述问题。我们的整个评估体系建立在目标实现的基础上,即通过考察高校教学科研及服务目标的实现程度来反映高校的知识管理系统的效能。同时,用层次分析法分析各个目标的层次,以及各个层次目标中所包括的指标和重要度,并结合考虑权重的情况,形成最后的知识管理效能的评估量化值。
As a new model of management in the information age,knowledge management has attracted increasing interest of research.In such a situation,it is necessary for China's universities to think about the issues of how to evaluate the performance of knowledge management system,how to use qualification method in the evaluation and how to reflect the advantages and disadvantages of this management system.This paper intends to solve these problems by establishing a rational qualification evaluation system,that is,to evaluate the performance through observing how the teaching and researching and service objects are realized.Meanwhile,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is adopted to analyze the levels,the index and importance of each object.With the consideration of weighing,the qualification value of knowledge management performance can be evaluated.
