摘要
《学校教育法》是日本一部划时代的教育法律,《学校教育法》的意义在于,建立了日本"六.三.三.四"的单线型学校制度以及规定大学必须设置教授会,以此为依据,形成了日本大学管理制度的法律基础。
As the epoch-making law of Japan,the School Education Act is significant because it promoted the establishment of Japanese model 'six·three·three·four' of school system and the setting up of professor association in universities.These measures form the legal basis of administration for Japanese universities.
