在修改《环境保护法》时,准确地对"环境"进行法律界定是非常重要的,故此,应借鉴国际经验并结合我国实际,对"环境"给予比较抽象的界定和适当列举的模式,从而避免立法的局限性。

This paper points out that, in getting benefit from the international experiences and combining the reality of our country, we should give the abstract boundaries and the pattern of suitable enumeration to ＂environment＂ so as to avoid the legislation limitation.
