战略竞争力是企业取得长远发展的关键,而战略竞争力的特点,决定了它的打造是一个动态的过程,企业必须根据所确立的战略目标不断对现有竞争力进行守成和创新。海尔集团在三个不同的战略阶段分别在三个不同层面上对其现有竞争力进行了守成与创新,通过对守成与创新内容的选择以及难题的解决,海尔集团成功地打造了战略竞争力,并确立了其竞争优势。
Strategic competitiveness is the key for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. Whereas the formation of strategic competitiveness is a dynamic process - enterprises must maintain and innovate the existing competitiveness continually according to its strategic goal. Haier maintains and innovates its existing competitiveness at three different levels during its three strategic periods. Through opting the contents of retentions and innovations, and solving the difficult problems, Haler successfully forges its strategic competitiveness and establishes the competitive advantages.
