摘要
随着高等教育大众化进程的推进,福建省新建本科院校扩招学生数量快速增加,但在师资数量与结构上生师比偏高、非教学人员所占比重较大和职称结构不合理等问题日益凸显。其主要原因在于:办学基本条件尚存在一定困难、教学经费短缺和原有师资基础较弱。因此,应通过加大教师队伍建设的投入、树立以人为本的管理观念、利用"引进+培养"模式和建立激励和约束机制等多重措施来改善师资队伍。
With the development of popularized higher education, the enrollment of the newly - built colleges and universities of undergraduate increased rapidly in Fujian Province. But it still needs to improve the structure of teaching staff concerning the high pupil - staff ratio, high percentage of non - teaching staff and the unreasonable professional title structure. Funds shortage and teachers deficiency are the key factors. Therefore, we should take steps to strengthen the structure of teaching staff, including increasing the funds, putting emphasis on "people - oriented" conception, using the "employing plus training" mode and establishing incentive systems.
