On the Management System Reform of Wuhan Municipal Investment Projects

长期以来投资对我国国民经济的发展与增长起着决定性的作用,其中政府投资的作用尤其重大。政府投资工作的水平和高低往往取决于一个地区的投资管理体制的优劣,本文以武汉市为实证进行剖析,提出完善投资管理机制的对策建议。

Investment has long been playing a decisive role in the development and increase of our national economy, in which the government investment is of extreme importance. The performance of the government investment depends on the investment management system. Taking Wuhan as an empirical example, the article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the investment management system.
