摘要
在现代社会,追求长远的、可持续的发展已经逐渐成为人们的共识。对于一个企业而言,吸引、激励和留住人才已经成为影响企业核心竞争力的关键因素。为此,要求企业不仅与员工建立经济契约,更应与员工建立一种"心灵契约"。建立心灵契约就要实施以人为本的柔性管理手段,在满足员工物质需求的同时还必须重视员工的精神需求,即员工满意度,以培养员工对公司的忠诚度。企业应从传统的薪酬留人、感情留人,发展到真正的情感事业双重留人。为了使企业有持续发展的动力和资源,在社会竞争中站稳脚跟并不断壮大,心灵契约的建立就显得必不可少。
In the modern society, the pursuit of long- term, sustainable development has gradually become the consensus among people. To attract, motivate and retain talents has turned out to the key factor influencing the core competitiveness of an enterprise. Thus, it is essential for the enterprise to enter into not only financial but also psychological contracts. The company should not only satisfy the employees' material needs but also attach importance to their psychological demand from the company so as to cultivate the staff' s satisfaction and loyalty. To keep the power and resources for the sustainable development of the enterprise, and to gain a foothold in the competition, it is necessary to establish the psychological contract.
