摘要
人力资源的柔性管理是践行以人为本的科学发展观。如何使员工自觉自愿地将自己的知识、思想、才能奉献给企业是每个企业管理者和人力资源开发部门着力思考的一项重要内容。本文阐述了柔性管理的内涵、特点以及企业实施柔性管理的方法和思路。
The flexible management of human resources is to practice the people - oriented scientific concept of development. What administrators and human resources department in an enterprise concern the most is how to motivate the employees to voluntarily dedicate their knowledge, ideas and talents to enterprises. This article expounds the connotation and characteristics of the flexible management. It also presents the methods and thought of practicing it.
