The Payment System and Education Fairness in Higher Education

教育公平是教育发展的主要目标之一。本文从几个方面论述了高等教育收费制度对实现教育公平的积极作用,同时,也探讨了高等教育收费所引发的不公平问题,进而提出了相应的对策。

Education fairness is one of the chief objectives in the development of education .The paper suggests that the payment system in higher education plays a positive.role in the realization of education fairness ; meanwhile, it explores the problem of unfairness triggered by the payment system. Corresponding countermeasures are presented.
