作者通过对上海市15家企业共359名员工的调查发现,在控制了员工人口统计学变量和组织特征变量,以及分配公平和组织支持后,员工的建议网的网络特性包括网络约束和网络跨度正向影响员工对组织的情感承诺,而建议网的强联系数量和朋友网的网络特性对员工情感承诺的影响并不显著;员工朋友网的强联系数量对员工的持续承诺有显著影响,而朋友网的网络跨度、网络约束和建议网的网络特性对员工持续承诺的影响并不显著。
The authors conduct a survey involving 359 employees from 15 firms in Shanghai and conclude that given controlled variables of demography, organizational characteristics, fairness perception and organizational support, employees' advice network variables, including network constraint and span, have positive impact on their affective commitment; strong relations' number of advice network and the characteristics of friendship network do not have a significant impact on their affective commitment; employees' strong relation number of friendship network have significant impact on their continuous commitment, but the span and constraint of friendship network and the characteristics of advice network do not have a significant impact on their continuous commitment.
