摘要
早期的研究表明工作-家庭关系会因为文化信仰、价值观、标准的不同而变得复杂。跨国公司必须意识到文化对管理实践的巨大影响,发展不同文化背景下干预和平衡工作家庭冲突的策略。本文对工作家庭冲突的跨文化对比研究进行回顾,综合评述个人主义-集体主义文化下工作-家庭关系差异对工作家庭冲突的形成和作用机制产生的影响,并对未来的研究提出建议。
Early researches show that work and family issues are intricately related to different beliefs, values, and norms. Multinational companies need to be aware of huge influences of cultural differences on their operations and to develop culturally appropriate strategies. In this study, a review on the cross-cultural studies about work-family conflict (WFC) is firstly introduced, followed by a discussion of the moderating effect of Collectivism-Individualism on work-family priority and work-family conflict. Implications for future researches on cross-cultural work-family conflict are also mentioned.
