一种学报模糊综合评价方法

A Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Science Journals

高等学校自然科学学报的综合评价涉及到自然科学论文的价值评价，涉及到刊物本身经济和社会效益的评价，还涉及到编辑出版方面的评价，因此，评价因素比较复杂，而且存在诸多模糊概念。为了评价更为科学化、手段更现代化，提出了模糊综合评判方法。给出了模糊概念的数学描述，隶属矩阵和模糊定值矩阵的求法，如何求最终评判值等，计算了具体例子。结果表明，应用此方法，借助计算机处理，具有快速、准确和适应性强等特点。

The comprehensive evaluation on science journals of higher institutions involves the evaluation of scientific theses, the social and economic effects of the journal temselves, and the editing and publishing work as well. Hence, it is complicated and somehow fuzzy. A mathematical description of the fuzzy concept is illustrated, a fuzzy overall evaluation method is put forward to bring about modern scientific evaluating work. The determination of the numerical value of membership matrix, weight factor, and fuzzy evaluation matrix, the final value are also exampled. With the help of a computer it is convenient to apply this method.
