摘要 AIM:To study the constituents of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.) Vahl and find out the bioactive compounds.METHODS:The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic methods and the structures of the compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis.RESULTS:Nine compounds were obtained from acetic ester extracts of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl and their structures were identified as phillygenin(Ⅰ),epipinoresinol(Ⅱ),phillyrin(Ⅲ),(-)isolarlci-resinol(Ⅳ),betulinic acid(Ⅴ),2α-hydroxy betulinic acid(Ⅵ),oleanolic acid(Ⅶ),ursolic acid(Ⅷ) and 2α,23-hydroxy ursolic acid(Ⅸ)from the EtoAc extract.CONCLUSION:Compounds Ⅵ and Ⅸ are isolated from this plant and this genus for the first time.
