摘要 教师的个人知识是教师从自身出发通过具体的教育实践活动而形成的知识。教师的专业知识从某种意义上讲是一种个人知识,具有个体性、实践性、对话性和发展性的特征。个人知识观下的教师专业知识发展观认为,应密切关注教师在知识发展中的主体地位及教师自身的教学实践活动。 Teachers' personal knowledge originates from their own teaching practice, while professional knowledge, essentially a kind of personal knowledge in a sense, features individuality, practicality, dialogue and development potentials. The progress of professional knowledge as part of personal knowledge depends on teacher's subject position and their teaching practice.
