摘要
现行教师权威面临诸多挑战,但仍然有其存在的合理性。构建新的教师权威需要增强教师权力,提高个人素养,建立民主的师生关系。
Nowadays, teachers' authority, though being challenged, still has good reason for its retaining. To retain teachers' authority, the author suggests that teachers' right be strengthened, and that personal qualities be improved, and that democratic relations be established between teachers and students.
