摘要
高校理性管理中存在的不足需要非理性管理予以补充和改进。树立"以人为本"、"公平公正"的观念,创造良好的文化氛围,都有助于非理性管理的建设。理性管理与非理性管理之间以双模态的特征实现着动态的平衡。
The article is dealing with the irrational factors to remedy the deficiency in higher learning management. It proposes that the concept of human-centered and impartial management be advocated to create a favorable cultural atmosphere that will help promote irrational management in parallel with rational management.
