摘要
学科目标体系建设、学科结构建设和学术队伍建设是学科可持续发展的三大基本策略。目标体系建设要考虑目标系列的有机整合,即要考虑层次性、逻辑性和顺序性。学科结构建设要坚持四"性",即超前性、发展性、优化性和特色性。运用科学、合理的人才培养和选拔措施,建设一支素质优良、结构优化而又相对稳定的学术队伍,有利于学科建设的可持续发展。
The author is aiming at presenting the three major strategies of goal-setting, structuring and team developing in disciplinary construction. In setting goals, divergent targets should be considered in terms of grades, logicality and sequence; in structuring the disciplines, the principles should be followed of frontier, potential development, Optimization and peculiarity; in cultivating academic legions, scientific and rational policies should be formulated and implemented to establish a quality, optimized and stable academic team, to promote the sustainable development of disciplines.
