目的探讨应用PDCA循环实施病室空气消毒的效果。方法应用PDCA(计划、执行、检查、处理)循环管理模式对病室空气消毒工作进行监控。结果PDCA循环法的应用,可以促进病室空气消毒制度的全面落实。结论PDCA循环4个月的运用促进了病室空气消毒工作制度的落实。

Objective To discuss the practice and effect of PDCA cycle program in air sterilization of wards. Methods PDCA cycle program was applied in monitoring the air sterilization of wards. Results The air sterilization of wards was promoted with the practice of PDCA cycle program in 4 months. Conclusion The practice of PDCA cycle program is helpful for air sterilization of wards.
