HRCT在支气管扩张诊断中的价值分析

The Value of HRCT in Diagnosing Bronchiectasis

目的评价高分辨率CT(HRCT)诊断支气管扩张症的价值。方法对经胸科手术或呼吸科随访观察确诊支气管扩张症的38例患者的8mm层厚的螺旋CT扫描及1.5mm^2mm层厚的螺旋CT薄层扫描图像进行对比分析。结果38例患者中螺旋CT常规扫描(8mm层厚)诊断支气管扩张症20例43个肺段,2mm层厚薄层扫描诊断支气管扩张症38例78个肺段。结论螺旋CT薄层扫描对支气管扩张的检测具有更高的敏感性、特异性及准确性,可作为诊断支气管扩张症的首选检查方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of HRCT in diagnosing bronchiectasis. Methods A comparative analysis was made between the SCT scanning images of 8 mm and the SCT scanning images of 1.5 - 2.0 mm of 38 eases with bronchiectasis confirmed by thoracic operation or by follow - up of respiratory department. Results Out of the 38 cases, SCT scanning of 8 mm showed bronchiectasis in 20 cases with 43 lung segments while SCT scanning of 2 mm showed bronchiectasis in 38 cases with 78 lung segments. Conclusion HRCT is the examination of first choice in diagnosing bronchiectasis as it is of higher sensibility, specificity and accuracy than SCT scanning of 8 mm.
