Uncertainty Measurement of the Detection of Aspirin Content in Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的对反相高效液相色谱法测定阿司匹林肠溶片中阿司匹林含量的不确定度进行评定。方法用反相高效液相色谱法测定阿斯匹林肠溶片中阿斯匹林含量,用回归方程对测定进行分析并计算测定的不确定度。结果阿司匹林肠溶片的阿司匹林含量测定扩展不确定度为5.94%,相对不确定度为3.96%。结论该评定方法较可靠。

Objective：To evaluate the uncertainty measurement of the detection of aspirin content in Aspirin enteric - coated tablets by RP- HPLC. Methods ： The aspirin content in Aspirin Enteric- coated tablets was detected by RP- HPLC, regression equation was applied to evaluate the uncertainty measurement Results： The expanded uncertainty of the measurement of the detection was 5.94% and the relative uncertainty was 3.96 %. Conclusions ： Uncertainly measurement is reliable in evaluating the detection of aspirin content in Aspirin enteric - coated tablets by RP- HPLC.
