摘要
双氧水对浓缩苹果汁中的甲胺磷残留农药有降解作用,采用气相色谱法对浓缩苹果汁样品中的甲胺磷农药残留进行分析,得出了双氧水对浓缩苹果汁的最佳处理条件:双氧水添加体积分数为8%,pH值为3,氧化处理8 min,处理温度35℃。
Hydrogen peroxide could degrade the residue of methamidophos in concentrated apple juice. The residue of methamidophos in concentrated apple juice was analysized by gaschromotography. The optimum condition for the degradation was obtained: 8% for the hydrogen peroxide concentration, 3 for pH value, 5 rain for the processing period and 50 ℃ for the processing temperature.
