油茶树嫩枝挥发油GC-MS分析及其体内外抗菌作用 被引量:7

摘要 分析了油茶树嫩枝挥发油的化学成分,研究了其体内外抗菌活性,比较其与民间所用"刀烟"和油茶籽油之间的抗菌效果。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量,用NCCLS肉汤稀释法测定MIC值,并依照中药药理研究方法建立了小鼠皮肤感染模型,进行体表抗感染试验。结果检出并鉴定了35个峰的相对分子质量、分子式及相对含量,表明该挥发油和"刀烟"均具有一定的体外抗菌活性,且对体表感染金黄色葡萄球菌的小鼠具有显著的保护作用。 The chemical constituents of the volatile oil of tender branches from Camellia oleifera were analyzed. The antimicrobial activities of the branches were also studied compared with "Dao Yan"o The volatile oil was extracted by stream-stilling, analyzed by capillary GC-MS and elucidated based on the standard mass spectral data. The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization method. The MICs of the volatile oil were determined by the NCCLS M38- P broth microdilution susceptibility test and traditional Chinese medicine mechanism test on animal skin infection models. The 35 peaks were isolated and identified from the volatile oil of tender branches. The test also showed that the volatile oil had antimicrobial activities in vitro and in vivo. The chemical constituents and antimicrobial activities of the volatile oil of tender branches were reported for the first time. The result here provided scientific proof for the further development of the volatile oil as a kind of medical material.
