摘要
目的研究小鼠感染O∶9血清型小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌后肝脏和脾脏组织病理学改变状况。方法腹腔注射建立3组不同菌浓度的小鼠感染模型,取感染后各时间点的小鼠肝、脾制作组织切片,HE染色后观察病理变化。结果O∶9血清型小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌感染后早期能够引起肝脏边缘灶性病变,以嗜酸性胞浆变性、核融合、核浓缩为主;脾脏则以生发中心变性为主,随后的严重病变主要为肝细胞及脾脏生发中心淋巴细胞的变性坏死为主要病变特征,且在脾脏组织中显现出典型的"猫眼"病变。脾脏组织发生病变滞后于肝组织约6h。结论小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌感染的病理学改变与感染菌量和不同的时间密切相关。
The pathologic characteristics in spleen and liver of mice infected with Yersinia enterocolitica serotype O: 9 was studied by means of artificial infection method and pathological technology. Three groups of mouse infection models were induced by celiac injecting with different concentration of Yersinia enterocolitica serotype O: 9. The hepatic and splenic sections stained with HE (Hematoxylin and Eosin) were examined for the pathologic changes. Inflammatory reaction was observed at the early stage of infection, denaturation and necrosis were the major characteristics for liver and spleen cells, typical "cat eye" was observed in spleen. The process of spleen is 6 hour later than that of liver. It showed that pathologic changes of Yersinia enterocolitic infection has close correlation with bacteria quantity and time of infection.
