摘要
采用四球摩擦磨损试验机对稀土元素La、Pr、Sm和Gd与2-乙基已基膦酸单(2-乙基已基)酯(简称HEMP)的萃合物(简称ReEMP)的抗磨性能进行评价,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和俄歇电子能谱(AES)方法,研究了ReEMP的抗磨机理。结果表明,ReEMP在润滑油中具有较好的抗磨性能,其原因一方面是在摩擦表面生成含稀土元素及磷元素的表面保护膜,另一方面是在摩擦亚表面形成含稀土元素的摩擦扩散层而使材料耐磨性提高。ReEMP抗磨性能的提高可明显提高油品的最大无卡咬负荷和降低磨斑直径。
The anti-wear ability of rare earth (lanthanum, praseodymium, samarium and gadolinium) ethylhexyl phosphonic mono (2-ethylhexyl) esters (abbreviated to ReEMP) was evaluated on a friction tester, respectively. The anti-wear mechanism of ReEMP was investigated through scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and auger electron spectroscopy (AES). Results show that ReEMP provides good anti-wear ability, and can be attributed to the formation of a protection film containing phosphrous and the corresponding rare earth element on the friction surfaces, and to the production of a tribodiffusion layer with rare earth elements on the friction subsurfaces.
