COX-2、HIF-1α在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达和意义

摘要 目的探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中COX-2和HIF-1α的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测52例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中COX-2和HIF-1α的表达,分析COX-2和HIF-1α表达与临床病理参数的关系以及COX-2表达与HIF-1α表达的相关性。结果COX-2阳性表达率为59.6%(31/52),HIF-1α阳性表达率为71.2%(37/52)。COX-2和HIF-1α的表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌患者的年龄、性别及组织分化程度无明显关系(P>0.05),与临床分期和淋巴结转移有关。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期比较,原发灶中COX-2和HIF-1α表达率有逐渐升高趋势(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移者与无淋巴结转移者比较,原发灶中COX-2和HIF-1α表达率有升高趋势(P<0.05)。COX-2表达与HIF-1α的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论COX-2和HIF-1α的表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌的增殖、浸润和转移有关,检测口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中COX-2和HIF-1α的表达有助于临床诊断和治疗。 Objective To explore the relationship between expressions of COX-2 and HIF-1α and progression as well as metastases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of COX-2 and HIF-1α were detected in 52 oral squamous cell eareinoma patients by immunohistoehemieal staining. The relationship between the expressions of COX-2 and HIF-1 α and progression as well as metastases of oral squamous cell carcinoma was evaluated. Results Among the 52 cases with oral squamous cell carcinoma, 31 cases were positive for COX- 2 (59.6%) , and 37 cases for HIF-1α (71.2%) respectively. The expressions of COX-2 and HIF-1α were closely correlated with stage and lymph node metastases of oral squamous cell carcinoma (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions COX-2 and HIF-1α might take part in progression and metastases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The expressions of COX-2 and HIF-1α would be helpful to the diagnosis and treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
