摘要
研究了农药多菌灵电化学传感器制备方法及其敏感膜的最佳组成。在酸性溶液中使多菌灵转变为阳离子,以四苯硼钠为定域体,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂制备的多菌灵PVC膜电化学传感器,其线性范围为1.0×10-2~1.0×10-5mol/L,检测下限为4.0×10-6mol/L,斜率为47.8mV/pC,相关系数为0.9998。多菌灵制备原料邻苯二胺对传感器无干扰,回收率在97.8%~101.0%之间。可被应用于农产物中多菌灵残留量的分析及环境中多菌灵的监测。为多菌灵的测定提供了一种简单、快速、准确的微量分析工具。
A carbendazim-specific electrochemical sensor based on carbendazim-tetraphenylborate active PVC membrane has been developed in this paper. It shows a linear response in the range of 1.0×10-2 to 1.0×10-5 mol/L with a slope of 47.8 mV/pC. The lowest detection limit is 4.0×10-6 mol/L and the correlation coefficient is 0.999 8. The electrochemical sensor has high selectivity and the recovery for carbendazim is 97.8% to 101.0%. The sensor may be applied to the determination of residual carbendazim in agricultural products.
