摘要 采用反相乳液聚合法合成高固含量、高分子质量聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DDAC)/丙烯酰胺(AM)阳离子型絮凝剂。文中对共聚物的各项性能进行了测试;并进行了絮凝评价试验,结果表明,当采用复合引发剂APS/SS/AIBN,油水体积比1.5,单体浓度为46.5%时,阳离子型絮凝剂特性粘数[η]较高。该絮凝剂在废水处理上得到了应用。 The cationic type flocculant DDAC/AM with high solid content and high molecular weight was synthesized by using inverse emulsion polymerization method. Properties of the copolymer were measured and flocculent effects of this type flocculant were tested. The results showed that intrinsic viscosity of the cationic type flocculant was high when volume ratio of oil/water was 1.5, monomer ratio was 46.5% and using complex initiators APS/SS/AIBN. Applying tests to water were carried out.
