国产和进口氯吡格雷对PCI近中期预后的影响 被引量：15

摘要 目的观察国产氯吡格雷(泰嘉)和进口氯吡格雷(波立维)对冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)近中期预后的影响。方法将接受冠状动脉支架植入术的107例冠心病患者随机分为泰嘉组(n=49)和波立维组(n=58)。评价PCI术后6个月的主要心血管不良事件(MACE)发生率以及冠脉再狭窄率,并观察术前、术后的粒细胞、血小板数量以及各种出血并发症。结果6个月的随访期内,两组患者的MACE、冠脉再狭窄率无显著差异;除泰嘉致较多胃肠道反应外,出血并发症以及粒细胞、血小板数量无显著差异。结论国产氯吡格雷应用于PCI术后是安全、有效的。
