单糖结构及其旋光度的计算

The Structures of Monosaccharides and Their Calculation of Optical Rotation

根据笔者提出的螺旋理论规律，对常见单糖及其甲甙的旋光度进行了计算。计算结果和测定值的旋光方向完全一致。旋光度数值都在可接受的误差范围内。说明根据单糖及其糖甙的立体结构可以计算其旋光度。定量地证明了螺旋理论的正确性。

According to the rule of helix theory proposed by the authors the rotations of the common monosaccharides and their methyl glycosides are calculated. The values of calculation are nearly consistent with that of determination, the deviations are within accepting error and both rotatory directions are completely consistent. It shows that their rotations can be calculated according to the stereostructures of the monosaccharides and their glycosides. It demonstrates quantitatively that the helix theory is correct. 
