摘要
采用剂在油中法———将乳化剂溶于油相,加入一定量水混合,加热搅拌合成石蜡乳状液。考察了乳状液粘度与合成中水浓度的关系;粘度与合成中乳化剂用量的关系;粘度与合成中搅拌速度的关系。结果表明,当乳化水用量小于60%时,乳液为W/O型;而大于60%时,转相为O/W型,且随含水量的增加,粘度减小。在合成中,乳液粘度随乳化剂用量的增加,搅拌速度的加快而增大。实验结果与理论相吻合,并证明了随粘度的增大,乳液状态越稳定。
The emulsifier wax was produced by means of 'the agent in the oil' method. The emulsifier was dissolved in the oil, fixed water was mixed,then was heated and stired. Relationship between the viscosity of the emulsion and the composite water concentration, relationship between the viscosity of the emulsion and to use the capacity of the emulsifier, relationship between the viscosity of the emulsion and the speed to stir were investigated. The result was shown that when the emulsifying water capacity below 60% the emulsion was W/O type but when emulsifying water capacity over 60% the emulsion turned phase into O/W type and the viscosity was lower with increase in the water. In the composition, the viscosity of the emulsion increased with emulsifier capacity and the speed to stir incrensing. The experimental result agreed with the theory. And it was proved that stability of the emulsion become good with the viscosity increasing.
