中成药内服合雾化辨治单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎

Chinese Patent Drugs and Fumigation Treating Herpes Simplex Virus Keratities

[目的]观察中成药内服结合雾化法对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的治疗效果。[方法]67例（77眼）患者随机分为中成药内服合雾化法辨治（治疗组）34例（40眼）和无环乌苷滴眼液为主治疗（对照组）33例（37眼），治疗1～3周后，比较两组疗效。[结果]治疗组有效率97．5％，对照组有效率72．9％，组间差畀有极显著性意义。两组达到最好疗效时间比较，其差畀具有非常显著性意义。[结论]中成药内服合雾化辨治对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎有明显的疗效。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Chinese patent Randomly divide the patients into two groups for comparison drugs and fumigation on herpes simplex virus keratities.[Method] of cure effect. [Result] The total effective rate was 97.5% for the treatment group,72.9% for the control one, whose difference was of obvious meaning. [Conclusion] Oral taking Chinese patent drugs and fumigation has marked cure effect on herpes simplex virus keratities.
