清肝健脾法治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症临床观察

Clinical Study on the Effect of Qing Gan Jian Pi Fa on Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy(ICP)

[目的]观察清肝健脾法治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的临床疗效及对围产儿预后的影响。[方法]选取昆山市中医院产科入院治疗的ICP患者61例。随机分为两组,治疗组予清肝健脾ICP方;对照组予地塞米松、门冬氨酸钾镁。观察两组ALT、AST、TBIL、TBA值及皮肤瘙痒程度的变化。[结果]清肝健脾法能降低妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症孕妇的ALT、AST、TBIL、TBA值,能减轻妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症孕妇皮肤瘙痒的程度;对围产儿预后有积极的影响。[结论]清肝健脾法治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症疗效确切。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Qing Gan Jian Pi Fa in the treatment of Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy（ICP） on the clinical efficacy and prognosis of perinatal. [Methods] 61 patients with Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group treated with the Qinggan Jianpi ICP Prescription, the control group with dexamethasone, potassium magnesium aspartate. Observe their itch changes and the values of ALT,AST,TBIL,TBA of them. [Results] Qing Gan Jian Pi Fa can decrease the number of ALT,AST, TBIL, TBA of the intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy pregnant women, can reduce skin itching and the extent of perinatal prognosis have a positive effect. [Conclusion] Qing Gan Jian Pi Fa was proved efficient in healing Intrahepatic Choiestasis of Pregnancy（ICP） .
