摘要
[目的]探讨尿道会师加前列腺固定术对恢复尿道连续性的疗效;[方法]回顾分析我院2000年9月至2006年9月11例病人行尿道会师加前列腺固定术的资料。[结果]11例病人拔管后均能自行排尿,无1例二次手术,定期尿扩半年,随诊平均1.5年无阳痿、尿失禁等并发症出现;[结论]前列腺固定、定期尿扩是确保手术成功的关键。
[Objective] To explore the effect of urethra link and prostate fixation on recovering urethra succession. [Method] Make analysis on the data on urethra reconstruction added with prostate fixation. [Result] 11 cases could have self emiction after removing duct,no one needed second operation;they had half-year regular urethra extension, followed up for 1.5 years in average,with the complications of impotency or urine irretention. [Conclusion] Prostate fixation and regular urethra extension is the key to ensure successful operation.
