艾条温和灸矫正胎位不正126例观察

Warm Argyi Moxibustion Correct Abnormal Fetal Position 126 Cases

[目的]探讨艾灸至阴穴矫正胎位不正的效果。[方法]治疗组126例给予艾灸至阴穴的方法，对照组100例采用膝胸卧位的方法。[结果]治疗组治疗1～2次后有效率为69．8％。对照组治疗2周后有效率为45％，两组有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]艾灸至阴穴矫正胎位不正有效率高于膝胸卧位法。

[Objective]To explore the effect of argyi moxibustion Of Zhiyin acupoint correcting abnormal fetal position. [Method] For the treatment group 126 cases, make argyi moxibustion on Zhiyin acupoint, take knee-chest lying position to control group 100 cases. [Result]After 1 - 2 times, the effective rate was 69.8% for the treatment group, 45 % for the control after 2 weeks;the difference between the two groups had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]The argyi moxibustion on Zhiyin was better than other method in correcting abnormal fetal position.
