摘要
国家示范性职业院校的专业建设提出要创新人才培养模式。本文对四川工程职业技术学院在以市场营销专业为龙头的专业群建设中提出的“3+X”人才培养模式进行了深度剖析。对此人才培养模式的建立基础,特征以及实现途径和已有的实践进行了分析,总结。强调了“校企合作,工学结合”在实施“3+X”人才培养模式中的重要意义。
It is required to form a creative talent training model for major building among the National Model Vocational Colleges. This article fully analyzed the "3 + X" training model of marketing major, which is the leading of the related majors in Sichuan Engineering Technical College. The article also analyzed the basis of forming the new model, its features, ways of performing and the practice done before, and drew a conclusion of the above. It emphasized the significance of "Cooperation between Enterprises and Colleges, Combination of Study and Practice" while carrying out the new talent model.
