摘要
对影响铁素体球墨铸造铁的化学成份,球化,孕育处理等因素进行分析。合理选择熔炼工艺,调整铁水化学成分,严格控制球化处理的孕育处理过程,使QT400-18AL材料铸件的力学性能达到了标准要求。
Based on analysis of the chemical composition, nodular process and treated process influencing ferrite ductile iron are analyzed. In order to bring the mechanical properties of QT400 - 18AL to reach the standard, the fight melt process must be chosen, the chemical composition must be adjusted and the treated process must be controlled rigidly.
