摘要 通过对U型波纹管的有限元分析,计算了波纹管在壁厚、波高、波距、直径等不同几何参数下的轴向刚度,同时对不同几何参数的波纹管进行了模态分析,给出了频率影响曲线.依据有限元计算结果,得出波纹管几何参数对其性能的影响规律,结果表明,波纹管波高增大时刚度减小而应力也随之降低,壁厚、波距和直径对刚度的影响却相反,而波纹管的波高和壁厚对固有频率的影响较大. The finite element analysis of an U-shaped bellows was studied. The relation curves of stiffness and bellow geometric parameters such as wall thickness, wave height, wave pitch and diameter were presented by numerical computation. Modal analysis of the bellows was introduced and influence curve of frequency was given. It is shown that stiffness and stress decrease with increase of wave height. At the same time, the influences of other 3 geometric parameters are opposite. The wall thickness and wave height of bellows have a large effect on inherent frequency of bellows.
