Toll like receptor9 and systemic lupus erythematosus

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)以产生自身抗体为特征。抗原抗体免疫复合物或自身抗原直接激活自身反应惟晷细胞,产生自身抗体;激活树突细胞,产生α干扰素等细胞因子,从而引起自身免疫反应和终末器官的炎症损伤。人类Toll,样受体(TLR)9位于B细胞和浆细胞样树突细胞内,参与自身抗原DNA成分的识别和免疫细胞的活化,调节机体免疫反应,在SLE发病机制中起着重要的作用。然而动物实验却发现,TLR9的缺失可导致更加强烈的免疫反应和更加严重的终末器官损伤。因此,TLR9在SLE中发挥的作用性质仍存在争议,它与其他TLR的相互关系正在研究中。该文对目前TLR9在SLE中的研究进展作一综述。
