深低温停循环脑保护研究进展
Progress in cerebral protection during deep hypothennic circulatory arrest
摘要
深低温停循环(DHCA)技术为心血管外科手术提供“无血”和清晰的操作视野,这种技术已经在主动脉和复杂先天性心脏病手术中采用。DHCA方法潜在的神经系统并发症和影响远期神经系统发育仍为当前所需预防的主要临床问题。目前有关DHCA脑保护研究,除灌注方法获得不断改进外,脑保护液、血气稳态管理也是脑保护的研究发展方向。
