摘要
对立置多管式旋风分离器下隔板边缘力及其最大综合应力进行了分析和计算.结果表明,其刚度不仅与隔板本身厚度有关,还与吊筒下段厚度有关.前者最适宜的取值范围是30~40mm,后者应大于16mm.为了提高下隔板刚度的结构,建议在下隔板单管开孔处设置加强短管,将吊筒分为上、下两段,且下段应加厚.同时在吊筒底部设加强环,中心管的上下段焊接在一起.
The edge force and the biggest comprehensive stress at the lower transverse partition in multicyclone separators with verticle tubes are analyzed and calculated. The rigidity of transverse partition is related to its thickness and inner casing thickness. The proper thickness for transverse partition is in the range of 30~40 mm, and the thickness of inner casing is larger than 16 mm. It suggestes that the strengthened short tubes should be set up at the opening of single tube in the lower transverse partition. The casing tube can be divided into two parts. The lower part should be thickened. The strengthening circles should be setup at the bottom of the casing tube, and the upper and low sections of the central tube should be welded together.
