YDDB1400-I/GW型蝶阀的应用

APPLICATION OF YDDB1400-I/GW TYPE BUTTERFLY VALVE

介绍了维信特种设备有限公司制造的新型YDDB1400-I／GW高温蝶阀的结构特点。该蝶阀采用齿轮-蜗杆减速机构；阀体设有吹扫孔；阀轴采用耐热钢材质。在洛阳石化总厂一年多的运行表明，操作方便，未发生阀轴卡死现象；密封性好，烟气泄漏率由过去的10％降到3％以下；节能效果显著。

Configuration features of the new YDDB1400-I/GW type high-temperature butterfly valve made by Weixin Special Equipment Company Ltd. were introduced. This butterfly valve has a reduction worm gear, a valve body whh purging hole and a steel shaft made by heat-resistant steel alloy. Application more than one year in Luoyang General Petrochendcal Works showed that it is characterized by convenient operation,good sealing property and no shaft seizing. The leakage loss of flue gas was reduced from 10% to below 3% and remarkable energy conservation effect has been achieved.
