摘要
对金陵石化公司炼油厂1Mt/a重油催化裂化装置的换热网络进行了能量分析与分析,并在此基础上应用Linnhoff的窄点技术,建立了网络的组合热流级联模型,提出了改进设计方案。方案对网络的改动及投入很少,实施后经济效益却很可观。
Energy analysis and exergy analysis for the heat exchanger network of heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of the Naning Refinery were made. On the basis of this work, applying the Linnhoff Pinch Technology, the composite heat cascade model was established and improved design was put forward. Considerable economic effect was achieved through the improvement with less alternation of equipment and investment.
