摘要 为对客户需求进行合理分解,引入需求元和需求元粒度的概念,给出了需求元粒度控制原则.从分析客户需求语义入手,提出"语义分割、语义转化、人-机-环境补充或细分、需求语义合并"的需求分解方法.按照需求分解方法并合理控制需求元粒度,可有效分解客户最初的定制需求.以捆钞机产品定制为例,说明了客户需求的分解过程.该方法可将最初模糊、抽象的客户需求分解为明确、具体的需求元信息,有利于客户需求向设计要求的有效转化. The concepts of requirement unit and granularity of requirement unit were introduced to decompose appropriately the customer requirements, and control principle of granularity of requirement unit was defined. A decomposing method including semantic segmentation, semantic transformation, human-machine-environment supplement or subdivision and combination of the same requirement semantics was put forward. Customer requirements could be decomposed effectively according to the method and by controlling the granularity of requirement unit reasonably. Taking money-bundled machine customization as an example, decomposition process of customer requirements was explained. The method can decompose the customer' s fuzzy and abstract requirements into explicit and concrete requirement units, which is a favor to the effective transformation from customer requirements to design requirements.
