海洋环境要素纳入战场辅助决策的技术探讨

Technologies of taking ocean environment factors into battlefield decision aid

信息化能力是现代军事的核心能力之一,网络中心战是未来战争的重要模式,这已在国际上日渐趋同,形成共识。然而,军队信息化的范围和内容还在扩展,信息化在未来战争中的支撑作用还在挖掘,把感知的信息要素纳入战场辅助决策的各方面技术还需深入探讨。本文围绕感知的海空、海面、海水到海底的环境要素信息,通过对进入战场的空中平台、水面平台、水下平台、杀伤性武器、电子系统、水声系统等装备的影响,根据战场态势,进行战术效能评估,纳入战场想定方案和实施方案的辅助决策。

Informationization ability is a core ability in modern military. Network Centric Warfare is an important format in future warfare, and it＇s well known in the world. However, the range and content of military force informationization is expanding, and the methods to use informationization in future warfare are being developed. We have to research the technologies of taking ocean environment factors into battlefield decision aid. In this paper, the effects of ocean surface, underwater and aerial environment information to vehicles ,weapons, electronic systems and sensors in the battlefield were discussed. Basing on the battlefield situation, the tactical effects were evaluated, and all of these were taken into the battlefield envision establishment and action plan decision.
