摘要
本文阐述了铝合金超塑成形与常规冲压成形构件的剖面尺寸、力学性能的变化情况.对某型机的一个帽型材构件,用两种不同工艺成形并进行静力拉伸与对比分析.
The changes on section size and mechanical property of Al-Alloy structure formed with SPF and the conventional press forming Process are described. Static tensile tests and comparisions are made towards a hat-shaped aircraft structure formed under these two different forming processes.
